so slpy..

yesterday was a significant day for 4 of our officer cadets. from today onwards, they are officially officers! YEAYEA! this meant getting higher pays and more opportunities to treat us, POOR people. hahaha.

met up with why chen, chinya and luis and we made our way to Safti together. alighted at the entrance and we had to walk in to take a shuttle bus. while walking, we saw taxis coming out of the area. and we were wondered why we were told to alight outside. so ZZZ. upon reaching the area, cy wanted to alight the bus. but when the doors open, she was shocked by the army personnel sitting on the floor that she went back to sit. loll. they were all sitting on rows; dunno what are they doing man. should have seen her reaction. super ho chio. wahaha.

the parade grounds seems to be located in the middle of the compound. taking the bus was not all, we had to walk quite a distance there. climbed a hill, walked across never-ending walkways and climbed many flights of STAIRS. reminded me of uni. as if i never climbed enough stairs in this lifetime. zzz. that's where i made my second blooper of the day. ZZZZZZ. i think my slippers were loose and i tripped over my slippers and a stair. in front of SOOO many people. nearly fell flat on my face. haha. luckily i did not. but i injured my toe and i think it's bleeding inside. =( and my first blooper ? well.. so stupid. i brought my cam but guess what ? i did not bring the batt. WAHAHAHA. *bangs wall* there can be noone blurrer than me.

the parade was okie to me. but i heard it wasn't as good as the rehearsals. but who cares ? can commission can already la! and OOH! i like the navy uniform! white horses in the making. hee. there are 3 gal navy officers. YEAYEA! GURL POWER. *rawrrrrrrrr*

i think the 4 of us took photos like there's no tomorrow. we didn't bother sitting down; kept taking, taking and taking. i think the officers beside us must be thinking that we are sua gu or something. spotted GOOD-LOOKING OFFICERS! waHAhaha. *drools; floods the area* they seem to have the same kind of features though. lol. guys in uniform are just so shuaiiii.

there's this part when the officers-to-be had to keep their rifles. they had to march up to the spectators' area and sing at the same time. -_-" and parents were busy snapping photos of their sons. the scene reminded me of.. ah nvm. it's not a very nice comment. oops. haha.

after the event, it's dinner time. 4 of us were dying from hunger. and cy kept hinting she wanted seconds. haa. waited 2 hours for dinner okie ? it's buffet and we thought that there are 4 different types of cuisines served at the 4 different stations. BUT, they were all indian food. it's okie, I LIKE! naan dipped in mutton curry. WOAH.. but.. we weren't with our officer friends. they were over at the nicely-decorated dining hall eating 7 COURSE dinner with their parents. 7 course vs buffet. THX AH. zzz.

OH YA! i saw mr lee hsien loong. haha. his son was in that batch of officers. both cy and i wanted to take a picture with him. but we don't dare to ask. lol. shy. =x

chiong kbox after dinner. sang till closing time. 4am. zzz. luckily we didn't go for the one at cineleisure. we would be singing till 6am. and almost everyone was dead tired by 3. didn't have keys home. spent the night at cy's house. that explained why i'm so slpy now... *yawns* outbreak of pimples. arghhs.
