saturday -
MILKrun training at West Coast Park
met new faces. ran 2 rounds around the park. didn't feel like it was 2.4km long but was too tired to carry on after sprinting. played captain's ball together. MeiJi vs Daisy and MeiJi won! yeah! was too tired to run after the ball. so basically i was acting like a vase, waiting to catch the ball. haha. faith training conducted by east region. interesting use of puzzles. again, MeiJi won! ate MAC. ohhh fat. bought Shrek hairband; OMG they were so cuteee! haha. had an enriching talk with some friends.
4A class outing
met Junie before the class outing. shopping! man. am old already. 2 hours of walking made me very tired and my body was crying out for places to sit. haha. Justin was super late and Alvin was super dulans waiting for him. haha. damn funny. anyway we had dinner at Marche, Vivo. i thought we would get the long table but the class was splitted into 3 tables. damn sian. sit with the same people again lor. *faints* what an class outing. totally binged yesterday man. Junie and i shared Salmon steak, Fried Cala, Mushroom and Cheese Crepe and Choc Banana Brownie. hahaha. no activity after dinner. ended up talking in the open area. again, we splitted into groups. our group had an interesting and heated argument about r/s. wahaha. being the onlooker, i found the discussion quite amusing.
sunday -
work
gosh. i've worked on sunday. first time man. haha. dilly-dallied my way through opening. thought there would be someone helping me out. turned out that the someone who came early came at the wrong time. so I was the only one doing opening. damn sian. have to hurry hurry. manage to get everything done (of cuz with some help from the supervisor and bar-man) by 1130. today's crowd was okie. not too bad. right amount of people. hahaha. seemed to be family day today. alot of kids came with their parents. two of them were just sooooo adorable. kept calling "jie jie". waaaaa so heart-warming. haha.
YWD CIC meeting
had a meeting at YongJie's place to discuss more on MILKrun. we aren't doing well for reaching-out. SD target: reach out to 2000 people; Current figure: 651. less than 1/3. hai. hope NUSSD will do better! we are left with one month to work harder! met YongJie early too. was given a heavy responsibility. from today onwards, i'm not only a member but also a CIC. gotta take care of other members. a challenge for me. must have good time management skills, must have patience, compassion, commitment. must be strong in faith, practise and study. waaaa. i will try my best man.
school work + CCA + part-time job + SD activities + friends. maybe piano + more salsa lessons too. this is crazy i know but hope i can do it!
