we came back to tan! [full of energy and vigor] after a disappointing trip to the beach on tues. we managed to tan our bodies before it started to rain heavily this afternoon. whew.

i had "all berry bang" - combi of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberry yogurt. sam had "energy lift" - mango, banana and i can't remember. haha.

healthy [i supposed], big in portion, yummy. worth trying. great for the hot weather.
